Patient Management Example: The patient is checked first with ultrasound and exhibits AFI 12. The Amnisure test is performed and comes out POSITIVE. The patient is then checked with standard 3-test clinical procedure: Nitrazine test (pH), Ferning, Pooling. All 3 tests come out NEGATIVE! The testing with Nitrazine, Ferning and Pooling is repeated and shows positive Nitrazine, but still negative Ferning and Pooling. AFI is still 12.
