Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will work directly with the Business Development Manager to educate existing and prospective clinical facilities in the U.S. about the AmniSure® test and guide them through the process of adopting this new medical technology in their practice.

This position is a perfect fit for ambitious candidates who want to begin a career in a challenging, rewarding environment, and it also offers substantial potential for growth. The Associate will receive extensive and continuous training in all aspects of business. He or She will progressively assume greater responsibility within the company, including but not limited to: generating business development and marketing strategies, participating in medical conferences and trade-shows, and interacting with key medical opinion leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Top-tier academic and professional experience record
  • Fluency in a foreign language preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, high energy level, dedicated work ethic
  • Ability to understand and quickly internalize unfamiliar material such as: scientific and clinical literature, medical protocols, educational presentations.
  • Outstanding verbal skills, especially the ability to establish rapport over the phone

Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern will work directly with the Business Development Manager on a variety of ongoing and special projects, while receiving extensive and continuous training in all aspects of business management including research, sales, marketing, business development and operations.   

This is an ideal position for an energetic and entrepreneurial student who is considering a business career in any field, and especially in the field of Biotechnology.  The Intern will be exposed to all aspects of building and running a successful company; he or she will have the opportunity to explore and develop a variety of professional and personal skills, and may have unlimited opportunity for growth and future association with the company.

Technical Services Assistant

The Technical Services Assistant will act as a link between the business development efforts of the Company and technological tools that support such efforts. This position will be reporting to the CTO and Manager of US Business Development (those titles are shared by a single person). The Technical Services Assistant will help maintain the company’s internet and intranet sites, as well as provide technical support for a 23-person team. The Technical Services Assistant will also make sure the company’s network and telecommunication systems are working smoothly, and will implement upgrades and improvements in the Company’s technology infrastructure. Finally, this position will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the Company’s customer database.

Requirements:

  • High energy, articulate, good people skills
  • English fluency (native speaking and writing level) required
  • Project management experience
  • Website design and development
  • Some technical writing experience
  • Experience in similar support position in office environment
  • College degree or working towards college degree required

Marketing Associate

AmniSure International LLC is seeking a creative, self-motivated marketing candidate to help coordinate and execute the company's advertising, marketing and communications programs. The Marketing Associate will work directly with the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategy. This position is a perfect fit for ambitious candidates who want to begin a career in a challenging, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of marketing materials to support the company's sales and marketing efforts
  • Evaluate online, print and other advertising opportunities as necessary
  • Participate in and coordinate industry events, and appropriate trade shows and conferences, along with special event planning as necessary, including related marketing campaigns
  • Support the company's web and social media presence
  • Conduct research on a variety of marketing subjects
  • Provide general administrative marketing support as needed
  • Maintain marketing material inventory
  • Interface with international markets to ensure global unity of brand vision
  • Create, coordinate and distribute mass communications as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, high energy level, dedicated work ethic
  • Excellent writing skills preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think creatively and independently under pressure
  • Interest in medical devices and diagnostics preferred, but not required
  • Background experience in marketing and/or corporate or public relations
